Administrative offices: The West Michigan Whitecaps administrative offices are open Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. On gamedays, the offices are open from 8:30 a.m. until after the game.

Alcohol Management: In compliance with Michigan state law, anyone under the age of 21 will not be served alcohol at Fifth Third Ballpark. If customers wish to consume alcohol while at Fifth Third Ballpark, they must have their hand stamped. Customers can get their hand stamped at any alcohol sales location. Violators of the law will be removed from Fifth Third Ballpark. As part of our alcohol management policy, the Whitecaps offer free cab rides.

Altogas Barbeque Areas: Enjoy a pre-game or in-game barbeque on the first or thrid base Altogas Grill Area. Let the Whitecaps serve your group dinner and then head to a reserved seating section with your group to watch the game.

Appearances: Schools and other organizations may request player or mascot appearance by calling the Whitecaps Community Relations Department at (616) 784-4131 ext. 1154.

ATM: A Fifth Third Bank ATM is located behind home plate near the first base main entrance.

Autographs: Fans may seek autographs along the fenceline in the first base lawn area before and after the game, as well as near the clubhouse on the third base concourse after the game. In addition, a team autograph session is held on the field every Sunday before the game for all fans. *Please remember that players must focus on their jobs, so please respect their judgement on signing or not signing autographs before the game.

Automobile Assistance: Fans who encounter vehicle troubles while visiting Fifth Third Ballpark may receive assistance from Whitecaps staff. If your vehicle won't start or you need some help, simply lift the hood of your car or contact a Whitecaps representative.

Baby Diaper Changing Stations: Changing stations are located in all restrooms along the concourse and behind the Metro Health Deck, as well as in the Suite Level unisex restroom behind home plate.

Barrier-Free Seating and Parking: The Whitecaps have wheelchair spaces in the box, reserved Pepsi Stadium Club, and Miller Lite House Deck seating sections, each with at least one chair to accommodate one companion per wheelchair. Elevators are located on either side of the ballpark to take fans to the box seat level. The Metro Health Deck, Superior's Landing, Steak 'n Shake Diner Deck and luxury suites are also barrier-free. Fifth Third Ballpark has handicapped reserved parking spaces in all lots. Proper identification is required to use these spaces.

Birthdays: Fans wishing to purchase a Whitecaps Birthday Party Package should contact the Group Sales Department at (616) 784-4131. To request a birthday message on the scoreboard, call the Birthday and Anniversary Hotline at (616) 784-4131 ext. 1160.

Concessions: Fifth Third Ballpark's concessions are located all along the concourse and Metro Health Deck, with main concession areas located near the main entrance on either side of home plate and satellite concessions located throughout the concourse.

Carstar Customer Service: The Carstar Customer Service Center is located on the concourse behind home plate (section 216). Visit during games for pocket schedules, scorecards and programs, lost and found, contests, and information.

E-mail: Whitecaps administrative staff member E-mail addresses consist of the first initial and last name @ whitecapsbaseball.com (lchamberlin@whitecapsbaseball.com for CEO Lew Chamberlin). The general E-mail address is playball@whitecaps-baseball.com. Whitecaps players do not have individual E-mail addresses through the team.

Family Section: The Zondervan.com Family Section is located in Section 209. The Family Section features more than 100 alcohol-free, smoke-free seats from which to enjoy Whitecaps games. Tickets for the Family Section are available only through the Whitecaps Ticket Office. You may purchase them in person, by mail or by fax.

Fan Mail: Player fan mail may be sent care of the Whitecaps Clubhouse, P.O. Box 428, Comstock Park, MI 49321.

Fan Suggestions: Fans with a comment or suggestion may express it in person or by filling out the suggestion form at the Carstar Customer Service Center.

First Aid: The First Aid station is located on the concourse level behind home plate. The first aid station is staffed by certified personnel from Metro Health Sports Medicine.

Food and Drink: Coolers, cans, bottles, or food will not be permitted in the ballpark, with exceptions for baby products and medical necessities. In cases of extremely hot weather, Whitecaps management may allow water bottles into the ballpark.

Foul Balls: Fans may keep any ball that is hit or thrown into the stands. However, any ball or bat thrown can be potentially dangerous - please stay alert at all times. Those leaving the park to retrieve a ball will not be allowed back in.

Gates Open: On game days, Fifth Third Ballpark will open its gates for the public one hour before gametime. Scheduled pre-game barbeques may enter the ballpark one hour and 15 minutes before gametime. On Saturday games with fireworks, gates open two hours prior to gametime.

Group Outings: Groups of 20 or more may book outings through the Whitecaps Group Sales Department.

Kids I.D. Wristbands: Children are encouraged to obtain a wristband from any of the Fifth Third Ballpark ushers. The wristbands identify the child's seat location in case he or she becomes lost.

Kids Meals: The Fifth Third Ballpark concessions stands offer a Kids Meal. The meal consists of a regular hot dog, chips, cookie and small drink.

Lost and Found: Lost and found items can be taken to and retrieved from the Carstar Customer Service Center, located on the concourse behind home plate.

Metro Health Deck: The Metro Health Deck is located behind the right field wall and is reserved for private parties. The Metro Health Deck seats up to 250 people and is equiped for food and drink service before and during the game. Miller Lite House Deck: The Miller Lite House Deck is a provides a rooftop atmosphere and can accomodate 350 people. It is located just behind the right-centerfield wall and above the Pepsi Stadium Club. For more information, contact the Whitecaps Group Sales Department at (616) 784-4131.

National Anthem Singers: Those interested in performing the National Anthem prior to a Whitecaps game should send a letter and tape of your "a capella" version of the National Anthem to the Whitecaps Promotions Department.

Paging: The public address system at Fifth Third Ballpark will be used for paging in extreme cases only. Those needing to page someone should report to the Carstar Customer Service Center located on the concourse behind home plate.

Parking: Parking is just $4.00 at Fifth Third Ballpark for cars and $7.00 for buses and RVs.

Pepsi Stadium Club: The Pepsi Stadium Club is located behind the right-centerfield wall and provides a plush, climate-controlled area for up to 250 people. The banquet-style seating is perfect for groups or smaller parties that just want one table. The Pepsi Stadium Club also offers six plasma televisions, private restrooms and an exclusive bar/buffet. Playland: The Children's Playland area is open until the eighth inning just past the first base lawn area. Children ages 1-8 may enjoy Playland, but must wear a Kids I.D. Wristband (available from all ushers and the Carstar Customer Service Centers) to enter. The Whitecaps provide a Playland attendant but cannot be held responsible for the actions of children on the playground. Parents are strongly encouraged to monitor their children while in Playland.

Publications: The Whitecaps publish a free full-color program with scorecard for each series of games.

Radio: All 140 West Michigan Whitecaps games are broadcast on WBBL 1340 AM. Dave Skoczen and Dan Elve are in the booth to call every pitch of Whitecaps home games, while Dave calls road games alone. In addition, the Whitecaps Radio Network (WSCG AM 1380 in Greenville, WUBR 1490 AM in Muskegon WHTC 1450 AM in Holland and WDEE 97.3 FM in Reed City) broadcast more than 40 games throughout West Michigan. Whitecaps Radio Network broadcast dates are listed in the game pogram, pocket schedule and promotional schedule.

Rain Checks: In the event that 5 innings of a game are not played, or if the Whitecaps have the lead after 4 1/2 innings, any ticket from that game will be good for exchange for the same price ticket to any regular season Whitecaps home game this season. All exchanges are subject to availability. There are no cash refunds for tickets for a rain-out game. Also, any rainout tickets purchased from TicketReturn may only be exchanged at the Whitecaps box office.

Restrooms: Restrooms are located on the concourse level on the first and third base sides, as well as on the suite level and behind the Metro Health Deck. All of the restrooms at Fifth Third Ballpark are wheelchair accessible.

Scoreboard/PA Announcements: All requests for scoreboard and public address announcements must be submitted to the Whitecaps at least one day in advance. Requests may be phoned in to the Whitecaps Birthday and Anniversary Hotline at (616) 784-4131 ext. 1160 or submitted in writing to the Carstar Customer Service Center or the Whitecaps Front Office. Announcement requests will be accommodated subject to time constraints.

Security: The security office is located behind the Metro Health Deck in the outfield ticket office.. In the event of a security problem, notify a member of security, a member of the Whitecaps staff, or report to the security office.

Smoking: Smoking is allowed only on the uncovered sections of the concourse (at the first base and third base ends) and along the back fenceline between the Fast Pitch booth and the Klingman's Patio. If you choose to smoke, please be courteous toward those around you.

Souvenirs: The Whitecaps Souvenir Shop can be found on the third base concourse of Fifth Third Ballpark. Portable souvenir stands are located on the first base concourse and behind the Metro Health Deck during most games. The Souvenir Shop is open on gamedays opening at 10 a.m. The Souvenir Shop closes two hours before gametime and opens up again when the gates open.  Fans will be accomodated during normal business hours, Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m to 5:00 p.m.

Speakers Bureau: Organizations seeking a speaker from the Whitecaps should contact the Community Relations Department at (616) 784-4131 ext. 1154.

Steak 'n Shake Diner Deck : The Steak 'n Shake Diner Deck is located just behind the left field wall and can accomodate groups up to 225 people. Groups can rent the upper, lower or entire deck depending on its needs. For more information, contact the Whitecaps Group Sales Department at (616) 784-4131.

Suites: Luxury suites may be available for game rental. For more information, contact the Whitecaps Group Sales Department at (616) 784-4131 ext. 0.

Superior's Landing: Superior's Landing is reserved for private parties. It seats 120. For more information, contact the Whitecaps Group Sales Department at (616) 784-4131.

Tailgating: Tailgating is not allowed at Fifth Third Ballpark.

Ticket Office Hours: The Whitecaps Ticket Office is open during the season from Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. as well as during all home games. On home game dates, the advance ticket sales window opens at the start of the game and closes one half hour after the game.
