Barrier-Free Seating
Barrier-free seating along with up to three companion seats are located in numerous areas throughout Fifth Third Ballpark. Barrier-Free seating may be ordered through both the Whitecaps ticket office or through participating TicketMaster outlets.
"Crash" Cash
"Crash" Cash is the same as money at the souvenir and concession stands. It is a great way to treat your employees and customers to souvenirs, tickets, and food at Fifth Third Ballpark. "Crash" Cash can be obtained in $1, $5 and $10 increments by calling the Whitecaps Ticket Office at 616.784.4131 or 800.CAPS WIN.
Family Section
More than 100 tickets are reserved in Section 209 for those desirous of a family atmosphere. Alcohol is prohibited in this designated area. Family section seating may only be purchased in person at the Whitecaps ticket office in advance or on the day of the game.
Parking
At Fifth Third Ballpark, the cost to park a car is $4.00. The cost for buses and RVs is $7.00. Reserved handicap parking is available to properly licensed vehicles. TAILGATING is prohibited at Fifth Third Ballpark.
Rain Check
In the event of an officially called game (rainout/suspension), the rain check portion of your ticket (stub) may be exchanged in person only, at the Whitecaps ticket office at Fifth Third Ballpark, for any scheduled regular season Whitecaps game at Fifth Third Ballpark that season.. All exchanges are subject to ticket availability. NO refunds available. If exchanged as a rain check, the value of the purchase price of the ticket may be applied toward new ticket purchases.
Stadium Gates
Fifth Third Ballpark gates open one hour prior to the start time of each game (Two hours prior on all Saturday games with Fireworks). NO food or beverage may be brought into Fifth Third Ballpark (except for medical conditions). In extremely hot weather, the Whitecaps may allow water bottles through the gates.
